ARA Rail People and Culture Conference
Changes in legislation have affected how rail recruits, sets remuneration, assesses psycho-social risk and manages industrial relations. The Australasian Railway Association's Rail People and Culture Forum will explore how these changes are impacting the way the sector supports and manages its workforce.
